Our mission
For the last 19 years, Dr. Cristy Steinberg, DPT has been helping individuals of all ages, live healthy and active lives. She approaches all her clients as one unit rather than a body part, optimizing full body movement patterns to help reduce pain and improve mobility. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Frankl
For the last 19 years, Dr. Cristy Steinberg, DPT has been helping individuals of all ages, live healthy and active lives. She approaches all her clients as one unit rather than a body part, optimizing full body movement patterns to help reduce pain and improve mobility. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2005.
Cristy graduated with an undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002.
Cristy is Titleist Performance Institute Certified, an FMT Movement Specialist and a certified Neufit Level 1 practioner.

The NEUBIE by NeuFit helps to increase strength and sports performance, decreases pain, and increases the speed of recovery from injury. The Kinesio Lab is the only outpatient physical therapy clinic in the Chicagoland area offering the NEUBIE. The NEUBIE is an FDA-cleared electrical stimulation device that taps into the power of the nervous system to quickly address the client’s dysfunction.
