Dr. Steinberg is a Doctor of Physical Therapy turned entrepreneur who has dedicated her career to redefining how people access and experience movement-based healthcare. Ten years ago, she recognized a significant gap in the Chicagoland area: individuals who needed outpatient physical therapy but lacked convenient, personalized access to it. She launched one of the region’s first mobile outpatient physical therapy practices—a model that was once uncommon but has since become the norm. Her early vision helped pave the way for a more flexible, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation.

Two years ago, she identified another unmet need: the integration of emerging technology to enhance clinical outcomes. By investing in advanced tools that deliver data-driven analysis and measurable results, she expanded her practice to provide patients with clearer insights, more personalized progress tracking, and improved long-term outcomes.

Today, she is entering an exciting new chapter. With a passion for longevity, movement science, and whole-body health, she is developing a specialized approach for individuals living with chronic inflammatory conditions. Her work focuses on helping people stay active, navigate flare-ups, understand their bodies, and feel supported when they don’t know where else to turn.
